This Cookie Policy explains how Band Way uses cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser’s or app’s local storage) on the website at bandway.app and in our apps, including the sharing portal at share.bandway.app.
1. Our approach
We keep tracking to a minimum and we do not use advertising cookies. The marketing website (bandway.app) uses only what is needed to make the site work and remember your preferences. Our apps additionally use optional analytics and diagnostics to help us fix problems and improve the product — and you can turn those off (see section 3).
2. What we use

| Sentry | Diagnostics (optional) | Collects crash and error reports so we can fix bugs. |
| Google Fonts | Third-party request | Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may process technical request data such as your IP address. |
3. Types of storage
- Essential / functional — required for the website and apps to work, to keep you signed in, and to remember your settings. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics & diagnostics — optional. You can turn analytics, session recording, and diagnostics on or off at any time from the desktop app’s Settings, and where the law requires consent we ask for it before collecting.
4. Managing storage
You can clear cookies and local storage, or block them, through your browser settings, and you can disable analytics and diagnostics from the app’s Settings. Clearing local storage will reset preferences such as your language; the Service will continue to work.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
